Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the NotesToQuiz application operated by Desi Deals Hub.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

NotesToQuiz is an AI-powered educational tool that converts uploaded text, images, and PDFs into Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). The service utilizes a token-based economy (Credits) to manage API generation costs.

3. User Conduct and Restrictions

• You agree not to upload any illegal, explicit, NSFW, or highly sensitive confidential documents.
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the API limits of the application.
• The AI-generated questions are for educational revision purposes only. We do not guarantee 100% factual accuracy, as Artificial Intelligence may occasionally hallucinate or misinterpret complex handwriting. Users are advised to verify critical information.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-uploaded notes), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Desi Deals Hub and its licensors.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NotesToQuiz, nor its developers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction of Bihar courts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At NotesToQuiz, we strive to ensure a seamless experience. However, due to the nature of our digital product, please read our policy carefully before purchasing Credits.

1. Digital Goods and Immediate Delivery

When you purchase a "Starter Pack" or "Pro Pack", digital credits are immediately added to your wallet. These credits are consumed to pay for server costs and third-party AI API processing fees the moment you generate a quiz. Because the digital product is instantly delivered and non-returnable, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks once a purchase is successfully processed.

2. Failed Transactions & Money Deducted

• If your payment was deducted from your bank account but credits were not added to your NotesToQuiz wallet, please do not panic.
• This usually happens due to banking network delays. The banking gateway will automatically reconcile the transaction within 3-5 business days and either credit your wallet or refund the amount to your source account.
• You can manually raise a ticket via the "Help & Support" section with your Razorpay Transaction ID for manual credit mapping.

3. Account Cancellation

You may delete your account at any time via the Profile settings. However, deleting your account will result in the permanent forfeiture of any remaining unused credits. No partial or pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused wallet balances.

4. Dispute Resolution

Filing a fraudulent chargeback with your bank or credit card provider for a legitimate digital credit purchase is a violation of our terms and will result in permanent ban and blacklisting of your email, phone number, and IP address from the platform.
